For larger, individual production volumes, we can offer both transparent EVOH and metallized barrier structures to match specific product, shelf-life, and performance requirements.

Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol

  • Excellent oxygen barrier
  • Transparent structure possible
  • Good for juices, water, dairy, sauces, and products where visibility is desired
  • More recyclable-friendly in some structures
  • Generally considered the premium transparent barrier solution

Metallized PET

  • Metallized film with aluminum-like barrier properties
  • Excellent protection against oxygen, moisture, and light
  • Not transparent
  • Often chosen for longer shelf life requirements
  • Typically more economical than some EVOH structures
